Liquid courage?? Perhaps..

Okay people. Today is my presentation. I am sitting at work for the next hour with my stomach in knots. I feel confident in what I have to present but and nervous to do the actually presenting. How to you keep your nerves in check? I need help! I may have to bring some liquid courage with me today...!

  1. ahh I used to get so nervous also!
    Take a deep breath to try to calm your nerves and think of a favorite memory.
    Remember that most students probably won't even be paying much attention lol! If that helps. GOOD LUCK!

  2. I was going to suggest alcohol and then I read the last sentence haha. There's a restaurant on my campus here and I will not lie.. last quarter I had 2 drinks before one of my presentations. Sadly, it helped hahaha. Hope it went well!

  3. I think I tried to post a comment on your presentation post and it wouldn't let me. I had an art presentation for a final in my first ever art history class. I adored the class, but was oh so nervous - and mine was only three minutes long!! Go you for getting yours done and over with. I was literally shaking the whole time for mine!
