I stole this idea from Mara over at M Loves M...(if you haven't visited her.. you should!)
Here are 9 Highlights from '09!
On January 20th, 2009 I got my Budman. I purposely went on this day (inauguration day) because I hoped that everyone would be to focus on the T.V to bother going to the SPCA. I was the first one in line when they opened!
In February, Chris and I went to Boston for a weekend. It was super cold but the food was amazing, and we had a really great time.
In June, I was in my first real car accident. A silly old woman pulled out of the bank and t-boned me (on the way back from the dog park with bud!). It ended up totaling my car and making the month of June pretty miserable.
In July, Chris and I went to his grandparents house in Maine. We go every year to celebrate the 4th. It was Buddy's first 8 hour car ride and trip to the ocean!
In August, Chris and I went camping for a few nights with his parents on Saranac Lake. We live in upstate NY, and Saranac Lake is part of the Adirondack Park. We aren't the best campers. We forgot to bring our tent, and our blow up mattress...(two KEY elements when camping). It also rained for about 90% of the time that we were there. Anyway, it was a beautiful area, and I would do it again...(with a tent..mattress & some sun).
October was a big month. Not only was it when I started this blog, but it was also my 21st birthday and Chris and I's 3rd anniversary.
So. I hope that everyone out there in the blogosphere enjoys this uber long post.
I would love to wish everyone a Happy New Years!
Thank you all for following, commenting, & enjoying my blog. You have no idea how good it feels to wake up to a comment!

ReplyDelete@nicole Chris's parents were already on the island, so we figured that they had already brought the tent and stuff! Wrongly assumed.. I will never do that again!!
