Snack attack!


I need a snack post work and school, and this has been my favorite lately!


What I generally have is half a cucumber, a bell pepper and either cherry tomatoes or carrots

I have an unhealthy love of vinegar (apple cider, balsamic) so I usually eat my cucumbers with that. For my peppers, tomatoes & whatever else I usually have hummus. I put the sides in separate dishes because I could eat the entire tub of hummus. mmm
