I hate taking these pills. Just this picture alone makes me want to gag. I have nothing against other (smaller) pills, but for some reason these ones always kill me. Maybe its because they're massive...or that when they get caught in your throat they leave a funky taste. Anyway. I hate them. And I hate having to take them. And that is probably the reason why I'm still sick.

I remember back in the day I had the same problems you had. I used to have to dice, crush, smash (you name it) and mix it in with a smoothie, apple sauce or even mash potatoes.
